The Chateau Le Dome is an amazingly intimate place to have a wedding. Located on the stunning Saddlerock Ranch property in Malibu, Chateau Le Dome is the smallest venue and can only hold a little more than 100 people. From it’s beautiful rustic house, to its lush adjoining vineyards, Chateau Le Dome weddings are a stunning affair and a pleasure for us to photograph.
Amanda and David, had just such a wedding. With the help and love of Angel Swanson, coordinator magnifique, they transformed the already magnificent wedding venue into a fairytale.
From the custom printed everything, to the candles in green peas, from the cake table to the crazy cookie station, and don’t forget the “guestbook” wine bottles. Everything was planned with love.
Top it off with a gorgeously sweet couple, and it’s a perfect day. We love Amanda and David!
Speaking of a perfect day, do I even need to mentioned that it rained during their photos and ceremony??? Nobody stressed and it just added to the excitement. Yes, Rain. In Los Angeles. In July It went from 90 degrees to rain back to 90 degrees. During the ceremony everyone took their beautifully designed hand fans and re-purposed them for a few minutes as umbrellas and in five minutes when the rain stopped, they were transformed back into fans. Nobody skipped a beat.
